When I Sweat Alot, Or Sleep In Cold Temperature, I

When i sweat alot, or sleep in cold temperature, i can feel water in my head the next day. this happens frequently and i have a mild headaceh. From time to time (maybe 2-3 times a year) water runs out of my nose, it is white-yellowish clear fluid. No other symptoms, but the headache can be annoying. rarely i feel nausea.
