When I Was 12 Or So I Had An Incident

When i was 12 or so i had an incident in which i had to hold my bowel for a long time. I developed pain in my left butt cheek. I was told i would need surgery. I declined. Fast forward and i have a small spot on my inner but cheek that i bleed from. It usually happens after i have diarrhea or if i have a large bm. It gets tender and painful. After it bleeds the pain and swelling goes away.
