When I Woke Up This Morning I Got Dizzy Sweats

When i woke up this morning i got dizzy sweats throwing up and shaky. And now it's afternoon and I have headache still nauseous and shaky and still don't feel right. Oh and I have dry mouth too. Been tired for few days and have cough. Was diagnosed with upper respiratory 3 weeks ago and was on antibiotics and steroids. Also on plavix and linsinopril and simvastin. But never felt like I did this morning.
