When Is Susten-300 Prescribed?

Hi my periods have got delayed by a month. I am not married and have this irregular period pattern every year. Doc has suggested me to take susten 300 mg for 5 nights. I wanted to know why doc has suggested me to take this tablet. I also have abdominal fat.
