When Is It Time To Go To The Doctor When

When is it time to go to the doctor when you have sinus problems ? I get sinus infections and bronchitis constantly and sometimes they go away but I have been feeling bad for a few weeks now and it's constant pain around my eyes accompanied by lots and lots of of mucous and sneezing and pain . I was just wondering when is it appropriate or nesaccary to go to the doctor ?
