When Is Sex Safe After Having Surgery To Remove Bartholin's Cyst?

Hi there, I had a bartholins cyst operation 1 week ago, the hospital left the wound open incase it needed more drainage, it doesn't hurt an the swelling has went down. Will I be able to go to a spa -swimming/sauna/steam room? And what it the recovery time for having sex?
