When Is The Best Time During Menstrual Cycle To Count Adrenal Follicles?

Hello Doctor: I'd like to ask when the best time in terms of days in my menstrual cycle to count my adrenal follicles? Is the number of my adrenal follicles indicative of my fertility? I am in my 40's and wanted to know if it will indicate my declining fertility in addition to my FSH result. I know 10-15 is high. Why is my Estriol taken at the same time (day 3) important as well?
