When Is The Ideal Time To Do A Blocked Tube Laparoscopy?

I want to conduct blocked tube laproscopy, with both tubes blocked, one distally and other at the uterus. Could you please advise me of the following:



1. On which days from onset of period, can this be done?

2. what is the cost of the procedure?

3. other improtant planning issues if any?
