When Is The Time To Take Duphaston For Delay In Period?

When is d time to tk dusphaton tablet I got only 1 day periods wen I hav to start ths medicin my date was 21 I got period on January 25 til 26 January pls suggest me when n how do I tk ths medicine I m trying to conceive but thr is no sign since due to irregular periods my weight is 87 kg height is 5.9 I m diabetic patient n I m on insulin I have done wit my spinal operation on 13 august 2014 n bcoz of my operation I hav aborted my pregnancy which I cam to know aftr my operation wen I missed my periods dr suggested me to do abortion coz of high dose of medicine painkiller n oral anaesthesia was given for 4 hours during pregnancy b4 I had ovarian cyst which got ruptured now I dnt hav prblm of cyst dr had suggested me dusphaton due to spotings n irregular periods now I m worried can u pls suggest me wht should I do continue my medicine or try for pregnancy
