When On Vacation I Left My Birth Control Pills At

When on vacation I left my birth control pills at home (gianvi) I was on the end of the second week. Had pharmacy to transfer pills and they gave me loryna. So I started that pill at the end of the second week on the packet. Was that ok? I know have what feels like a yeast infection. Can I stop the loryna (I hate it)and go back to my gianvi pills and finish that packet for the month?
