When Should Abilify Be Taken?

I was prescribed abilify today and was told to take 2mg for one week, 5mg for the second week, and 10mg thereafter. My question is, should it be taken in the morning or at night? I take seroquel for sleep and Ativan, atarax for itching (I have sever psoriasis 90% coverage) and restoril as well.
