When Should Deviry Tablet Be Taken Post Hysterectomy?

Hi. I am 38 years old and both my ovaries were removed because of large cysts. I am now on hormone tablets Premarin .625mg and deviry 10mg. My left ovary was removed 11 years back and the right one last month. I started taking premarin from 5th of march. When should i start taking deviry? My gyneacologist said i need to start taking it from 15-25 th day of my periods. Can i start deviry tablet from today?
