When Should I Start My Second Dose Of Krimson If I Have PCOS And Today Is The 5th Day Of My Period?

I am having pcos , when I went to doctor in Apollo they have given me krimson 35 tablet , so I started my first course on March 26th and ended on April 16th , and I got periods on 21st April , today is my 5th day still am having stomach ache , and when I should start my 2nd dose of krimson from the 6th day of period ?
