When Should Misoprostol Be Taken?

my wife is 6 weeks pregnent and it is unwanted pregenancy. I have purchased one MPT kit of cipla company containing 01 tablet of mifepristol and 04 tablets of misoprostol. I had doubt about misoprostol, can she take misoprostol orally after 24 hours of taking mifepristol.
