When Sitting Down I Have A Throbbing That Is Located

When sitting down i have a throbbing that is located below the scrotum and above the anus. I place an object there to try and subdue it. If i let it go i start to get very tired and sleep. The throbbing is sated by ejaculation but then soon returns and the process starts over again.
