When Someone Is Taking Xarelto Is It Okay For Them

When someone is taking Xarelto is it okay for them to eat salad with lettuce or any other green vegetables? I have a friend who is on Xarelto and she says she can't eat salad with lettuce or any green vegetables cause it will cause her to bleed or bruise is that true? I didn't think I would have to pay you money just to get one simple question answer. If that what I have to do pay you to answer the question forget about answering my question.
