When Standing In Place For A While, Like With Cooking,

When standing in place for a while, like with cooking, I frequently get the sensation of cool water running from my right hip. Sometimes to my knee, sometimes to my ankle. This lasts for different periods of time and the frequency differs also. It is usually preceded by pain or followed by intense pain that lasts from a few minutes to extended periods of time. I had lumbar surgery last May and cervical spine surgery last December, but the water sensation has only been happening about a month. What can be causing this?
