When To Take A Bath After Undergoing Tympanoplasty?

Hello I just had tympanoplasty on Tuesday. My docotor said to take it easy for at least a week really two. I have been at home since Tuesday but was wanting to take a bath he warned me about straining is getting in bath ok. I am so nervouse that i m going to tear graft.
