When Will Nerves Return To Normal After Outbreak Of Herpes?

Hi .... I had a outbreak of herpes on my lower back approx 2 weeks ago.The blisters have dissappeared and the skin is healed as well.I seem to have very sensitive skin around the side of my right rib area and even wearing a shirt makes me feel uncomfortable.Will the nerves return to normal in the near future ?
