When You Are Walking And The Pain Is So Bad,

When you are walking and the pain is so bad, you can,t take another step. It seems to lock your legs up so you can,t take another step. You have to stand there until the pain goes away. What do you do then? I have spinal stnosis and I don,t know what to do when I am caught outside of the house.
