Whenever I Drink Water It Cause Pain In Left Side

Whenever I drink water it cause pain in left side bowel and left shoulder ! It feels like worst and nothing is much painful than this in world.

It occurs casually but pain increases while I drink water! I have heard it could be gas and bloating issue but some says it is an heart problems? I want to know what is it ?
