Whenever I Drink Wine, I Get An Awful Reaction...stomach Ache

Whenever I drink wine, I get an awful reaction...stomach ache followed by diarrhea. It's happened to me the past few times. I don't drink often and when I do, it's been 2-3 glasses. But then up all night...until there's nothing left in me. What do you think my body is telling me? Thank you.
