Whenever I Have A Dental Injection In The Upper Right

Whenever I have a dental injection in the upper right side I have a terrible sensation for weeks afterward. It feels like fluid moving in the tissue of my cheek every time I move my head. It is worst when moving my head forward and downward as to wash my face. There is no bruising. It has always resolved but can take two or more weeks. Am faced with needing a crown on an upper tooth and wonder if there is a way to give injection that can avoid this. Use carbocain rather than injection with epinephrine.
