Whenever I Try To Kneel Down Or Place My Right
Whenever I try to kneel down or place my right knee on anything hard or soft a sharp needle like pain or stinging starts near or at the base ofthe knee cap .
It keeps me from being able to kneel on my right knee at all .
When not kneeling I have no pain whatsoever and it is not tender to the touch
