Whenever I Twist, Laugh, Cough Or Sneeze All My Abdominal

Whenever I twist, laugh, cough or sneeze all my abdominal muscles cramp up. I try to stretch back to get them to loosen and sometimes it works or I just have to wait it out. I was diagnosed with peripheral nerve hyperexcitability in 2010. Cramps where mainly in my feet and legs. Could it have spread or maybe it's a vitamin deficiency?
