Whenever Execcive Amount Of Water Goes To My Nose Eg

Whenever execcive amount of water goes to my nose eg after swimming in beau , or long showers with my head bent backwards, there will be clear water coming out of my nose when I bend after the swim or shower. Is this normal, or I need to do something about it
