Whenever I Masturbate Now My Hymenal Ring (i Think That

Whenever i masturbate now my hymenal ring (i think that is what it's called?) Tends to be a bit swollen and uncomfortable with mild pain. I then go again after a couple of days to make sure it doesn't hurt or get worse, but it then has the same result as before. Today it turned out to be even more swollen where i had to put ice on it and it ended up reducing how swollen it was and the irritation of it. This never really happened before 3-4 months ago??? I am a virgin. Also when ever i finger myself i tend to see more blood. This started happening around 2-3 months ago. Why all of a sudden is this happening??
