Where can I find pharmaceutical side-by-side comparison of over the counter pharmaceuticals "Ibuprofen; Tylenol; Naproxen" for pain relief of muscles & joints. I am 78 years old in good health but recovering my previously affected muscles & nerves before / from Laminectomy surgery. Surgery was a month ago & recovery excellent with no residue pains from it.
