Where Do I Find Information On Lumbar Strain Superimposed Upon

Where do I find information on lumbar strain superimposed upon previous lumbar disc disease, s/p fusion and, especially, information on pain pumps for back pain? Need to know expected time frames for treatment for each. Patient in question has a pain pump, but has not reached therapeutic level of medication yet, and has had some negative side effects from meds in pump, requiring backing off on medication before pain med could be gradually increased again. Thank you!

I have never asked a question on this site before and did not realize how it works. I was not asking for free medical advice. At times trying to locate info on the site is very frustrating. I was asking how to locate information on the MDGuidelines site and did not know there would be a charge just to get directions to the correct location on your site. Nothing is for free, I guess!
