Where Do You Report A Seriously BAD, Basically, Mental Health

Where do you report a seriously BAD, basically, mental health doctor? I am currently a patient of hers, but thankfully after a very short term of employment, La Frontera is getting rid of her. As have other employers in the past. I am almost 54 yrs old and am in treatment for adult ADD, but since I am admittedly a mental health patient the validity of what I am saying is naturally going to be questioned. After this supposed mental health professional hurt me and several other La Frontera clients due to her inability or unwillingness to do her job, I started researching her background on the internet. My, and everybody else who cares enough to check her out, first red flag is the number of alias' names she has used through the years. Second red flag for potential employers and anyone considering her for treatment purposes, is her court records in both Texas and New Mexico. I am not assuming every court listing for Valerie W Acosta, (and other variations of that name) are her records, and have spent many hours tracking down the listed plaintiffs and defendants involved with the various cases Valerie Acosta has been involved with, just to make certain it was the same person. I truly believe that for the benefit of their clients proper care, and to protect their facilities' best interests, anyone considering her for employment needs to check at least two of her currently open cases listed on nmcourts.gov Those cases are Case M-14-FR-0000 (filed 10/6/14) where she was charged, arrested and jailed for 'Larceny' and Case D-307-CV-0000 (filed 04/3/2014) where she has filed charges for "Breach of contract and unjust enrichment" against an employer shortly before La Frontera hired her. I am asking for any and all the help I can find to warn and/or protect what I believe to be this woman's future victims. Thank You.
