Dear doctor, I have a friend that traveled to some remote tropical islands. She was there for a number of months and started seeing symptoms of leg swelling and strange patterns of the skin. She noticed other people there had the same symptoms. The males had swollen and disfigured testicles along with it and the women had swollen labias. Can you tell me what it is?
