Which Is The Best Day To Have An Ovarian Echo?

hello. i went to have an abdominal echo and the doctor told me i seem to have ovarian cysts on both ovaries and told me to come back for another echo but I do not remember the day (I think she said 4th or 5th day since my period starts). Which is the best day to have an ovarian echo?
