Which Is The Best Oral Contraceptive While Suffering From Lupus?

Hi, What is The best oral contraceptive for people with lupus like me? I was diagnosed with SLE over a year ago and I m currently taking prednisone, azathioprine, hydroxychloroquine and iron for my blood because i m also anemic. My ob-gyne suggested the Micronor pill which is the progestin only pill, I was trying to ask my rheumatologist opinion but still doesn t call back. So I might as well ask for opinions from other DOctors if it s safe to take the Micronor for people with lupus? Thank you
