Which Is The Correct Time To Have Laparoscopy For Ovarian Cyst?

I have been diagnosed by right ovarian cyst (Simple cyst ; size: 5.1cm *3.3cm) in 2005 and it got dissolved in 2007. I was married in april 2006 and started trying for family from 2008 since then i was again diagnosed with this right ovarian cyst (simple cyst; size : 4.8*3.5 cm). As this cyst is there for almost two and half years and i have not concieved my doctor has recommended laproscopy. she told me along with the removal of cyst she will also check the status of my tubes and the condition of my uterus. Now my question is what is best time for going to have this laproscopy done whether , immediately after periods or at any time of the month and what is PCR endometria and what is best time for this????
