Which Is The Most Dangerous Migraine Or Cluster Headache?

I have had many migraines since an auto accident. I went to a headache specialist in Dallas, and in addition to beta blocker and calcium channel block I was given corticosteroids. The day after I went off the steroid, I had a different headache on the left side and the left side of my face was burning up. The real question: Which is most dangerous migraine or cluster headache?
