Which One Of Adderall And Celebrex Has Less Side Effects?

Hello, I have Dystonia, specifically Cervical Dystonia which has my chin permanently on my chest and muscle spasm throughout my upper trunk, front and back. This began one year ago (it s known as the Ist cousin of Parkinson s which is on my mother s side.) For the previous 7-8 years aneurologist has treated me for fatigue. After three yrs of Provigil, we switched to Vyvanse60, then 70mg. w/ 20mg of Detro for late afternoon/early evening. and I ve been on that 10 months. Vyvanse only lasts a few hours-to early,mid-afternoon, so I take the Detroampetamine then. I m so exhausted I ve had to again take medical leave from my job because I m not able to keep-up w/the paperwork at night (BTW Dystonia symptoms include fatigue.) Now I want to try either Celebrex or Adderall, whichever is less threatening to my one good eye. One retina detacted five rs ago and the other is so susceptible the surgeons won t operate in fear that in itself will cause the retina to break. Which of the two pose less risk to my eye, or are there better choices? I m meeting w/him this week.
