Which Sleeping Aid Should Be Taken Along With Clozapine?

55yo female has been taking clozapine 20years for schitzoid affective/ bipolar/ ocd. Has been well for most of that time. Her Father died and she can notgo back to her country and has had to deal with the death, deceaced estate etc. She became seriously anxious/ obsesive and now Phychyatrist thinks major depression. She is now Taking 60mg Andepra morning, 200mg clozapine and 90mg Avanza at night. She only sleeps for 4hr then has bladder and urinary hesitancy issues. We have now sorted estate issues and she wants off the Andepra and replace the Avanza for a short time so she can have an uninterupted 8 hr sleep. She has had 10 or more hr for last 20 yr and we think the sleep deprivation has been the biggest impact. What do you think, what sleeper can she take with clozapine, valium doesnt work so well.
