Which Specialist Should Be Consulted For Severe Pain In Sternum And Ribcage?

ENT doc dx me w/relapsing polycondritis about 5 years ago which had affected out ear several times before knew what going on. Prednisone 10mg X 2 per week. Now on 5mg x 1/week has kept under control. In early Dec 15, 2014 severe sternum & some rib pain with fever & no explanation discovered. Family Medicine doctor prescribed High dose Prednisone & control pain & fever until Jan 30, 2015. Fever 100.0 - 102.0 F beginning in evenings, controlled w/Tylenol; this continues from Saturday 1/30 - now. Saw Family Med and did not have fever at time in office; flu eliminated but no solution. Given script for antibi and said give it 25 more hours and if fever continues have filled and let doc know. Low fever Fri 1/6 - Sat 1/7 99.0 F. Today noon 2/8; fever 102.0F. Will Control w/Tylenol. What type specialist should I see?
