Which Tablet Can I Take For 3 Months Of Missed Periods If I’m Not Pregnant?

I have missed my period for 3 months.I tested pregnancy test last 2 weeks.It said I am not pregnant.But my period doesn t come till now.I don t want to go to meet the doctor.May I know which tablet should I take now?If I necessarily need to see my doctor,please explain me why. thank you.
