While I Was Getting Out Of My Car My Jaws

While I was getting out of my car my jaws started to tingling and aching on both sides
my blood pressure has been ok on the top but the bottom has been in the 90s. and my heart rate today has been 100 the first time and 88 second time. usually its low.
