While Applying Cream To The Neck Area This Evening, I

While applying cream to the neck area this evening, I palpated a sore nodule right above my cricoid cartilage. It is not fixed and is tender. Sig Med Hx: Crohn's Dz - on Remicade infusions q7wks, no other meds or medical conditions. Recent flu shot with some lingering sinusitis, sore throat, malaise. I am a white 45 yr old female. Please help - I'm super worried. Many thanks!!!
