While Cleaning My Son's Room Earlier Today I Moved His

While cleaning my son's room earlier today I moved his dresser out and vacuumed behind it. I noticed that the wall seemed dirty so I also wiped the wall down with Clorox wipes. It wasn't until after some time I realized I was dealing with a white mold. I inadvertently inhaled a bunch of the little spores. This was at 10:00AM cst today. What should I watch for physically with myself before pushing the panic button. I am a 46 year old healthy, non smoker male.
