While Eating I Feel Suffocated And I Feel Like There

While eating i feel suffocated and i feel like there is a piece of food stuck close to my throat i did my barium test doctor said its clear and prescribed pariet tablets for 6 months .. But i still suffer from suffocation and even at night i feel slight suffocation which makes me not sleep comfortable ... Help please?
