While Having Post Surgery Follow-up X-rays Of My Spine This

While having post surgery follow-up x-rays of my spine this was found: "rounded opacity seen in the right lung base adjacent to the cardiac border, not seen on prior exams." Last spine prior to these was May 2015. The report recommends a low dose chest CT If high clinical suspicion for malignancy" . I have never smoked nor had pneumonia. In 2013 I had a pre cancer lesion of the R vocal cord which was removed. Since that time the lesion has never come back. I am seeing my PCP tomorrow and he will order the chest CT scan. Any thoughts?
