While I Was Using A Needle To Inject Drugs It

While i was using a needle to inject drugs it broke off and went subcutaneous which by itself I know what to do. however i was in the process of drawing blood into the needle when it broke so my concern its that its still lodged in my vein leaking blood under my skin. What am I at risk for and what should i do at this point? Also the vein in use in my arm is the main one on my posterior forearm that goes straight to my heart im pretty sure
