While lifting a heavy object at work I felt my wrist pop in and out twice . I had little pain at first . A few hours of sitting at home my wrist started to tighten up and swell slightly . Woke up the next morning with much more pain as well as less movement in the wrist . Pain is more severe by bending it up or inwards . What action should I take ?
