While Painting I Got Color On My Forehead And I

While painting i got color on my forehead and i tried to remove by rubbing with piece of cloth but didn't happen so i took a little kerosene and rub with it, lastly i found i've wounded myself. Slowly my wound healed but left dark skin on my forehead. Please help me get rid of this.
