While Playing Tennis,I Was Hit In My Right Ear By

While playing tennis,I was hit in my right ear by a ball from about 6 ft. away. {That was 2 weeks ago} I immediately went to ENT MD. At that time, he said my ear was red and to come back in a week. I did,I was
having a clogged, muffled, feeling in the ear. A hearing test showed some nerve damage with minor upper range hearing loss. Iwas put on Predisone for 5 days. I returned today, with no improvement. I am trying the same treatment again and will see the MD next week. The slight hearing loss doesn't bother me as much as the assymetry feeling. Will that dissipate over time? Can it be helped. ? Thanks for your help.
