While Shaving My Pubic Hair I Slightly Nicked My Penis.

While shaving my pubic hair I slightly nicked my penis. When I looked at the electric razor I noticed a little rust. I washed the the area but I'm a little worried. It happened less than an hour ago and the cut was so small I can't even see where it happened any more. The only access to a hospital right now would be to call 911 which I feel would be an overreaction. What should I do?
