While sitting at my computer this morning, I all of a sudden have a pain in my throat or off to the side of my throat really, it was like a muscle was locking up, it has been painful all day, no redness in my throat or swelling and the pain seems to be mostly when I'm looking slightly upward and it hurts some when I inhale and I will feel some pain when I swallow, could I have a strained muscle in throat? I had a pacemaker put in 6 weeks ago, but this pain is on the opposite side from the pace maker.
